"Guests Cannot Upload"

I have set up album.pl to key into an SQL authentication database on another server. I can log in fine and dandy, however when I try to upload files I get:

"Error Uploading Photo: Guests Cannot Upload"

 ???

Even if I am set as Admin (with the Admin panel showing) I get the same error message.

Any thoughts?

Did you per chance put your username in the defaul_guests= in album.cfg?  if you did, it shouldn't be there. If not, we have a bug.

We have tried under a number of user names. Same result every time.

Try turning on debugging and that'll give you more info about why the upload is being denied. Feel free to post/PM the debug output here if you want us to take a look at it.
