Topic: More YaBB Integration (YaBB Users Please Read)

No, don't think I'm another YaBB user demanding further integration into YaBB.  I just wanted to contribute to this wonderful project by seeing if I can do anything for YaBB intergration.

So this thread is a good place for all you who use YaBB to brainstorm ideas as to what kind of intergration we could have.

Some ideas I had were:

-Gallery Link Under Avatar (I know it's already been done.  Just something I'd like to include)
-Profile Information to include Gallery Info
-Profile links in Image Gallery Views
-Add files to Gallery via File Attachment mod
-Quick Reply (Comment) Box

And that's all I got off the top of my head.  Tell me what you think.

I'd like to see the post.pl of YaBB somehow merged with album so that when people post comments, it shows their yabb profile on the left of the post and basically looks like a YaBB post. This would make it seamless, or darn close.

you could add files with the file attachment mod by changing the saved dir on the attachment mod. But i am guessing you would want to put it in different dirs per user.

Some ideas would be great, i think with a little hacking of the scripts we could get album.pl to intergrate quite well. Keep the ideas going and i will see what i can do with yabb

I would also love to see this happen ... There is a mod for UserAvatars over at Boardmod that allows users to upload there own image ... but You can only upload one ... I would like to see an option in the modify profiles menu to edit your album ... abd have the album post to the user profile ... maybe have a dropdown menu with the images listed ... I wish I knew perl so I could help make this happen
