i  get this message ehen i try to upload photos!

where do go to enabled it?

are folder/fole that i fail to chmodd 777? if so which one

in your CP go and check allow_uploads it should be set to 1 to activate this feature. then check the rest of the # Uploads #
 settings in your Control Panel.

then be sure to CHMOD the directory where the images are being uploaded to 777.

that should do the trick.

You're on the money, I'd say that allow_uploads=0 in this case (the default), but needs to be set to 1.
