Hey Mike,

something funny is going on with my movies page....it isn't really a big deal cause everything seems to work ok....but from my artsy fartsy perspective it sort of bugs me.  The movies don't line up along the top of the gallery...

Which seems a bit funcky as the thumbs are the same darn size!  Like I said it isn't a real big deal....I guess more than anything else I am just curious about why this is happening.

It looks like the 2nd movie has some "white space" after the uploaded by... line. You should be able to wipe that out by editing the description and then they'll line up... Not sure how it got there though...

if you select that part (so that the text etc. inverts) you can see that the second movie has 2 extra lines after the uploaded by line. I think deleting them solves the mystery

Heheh. Yeah, I like Andrew's layout too! He's done a lot of work customizing his site and his album, and it looks great!

The compliments are appreciated.    As far as stealing the layout is concerned.....It is unfortunately a little more involved than simple HTML.  The Album.pl is highly modified as is the string text file.  The CSS is totaly custom and so are the buttons.  This little deal took me darn near a month to figure out and every time I upgrade Album.PL the modifications have to be taken into account.  In other words I can't just 'replace' the album.pl file, I have to remodify it every time I upgrade....no small feat

You are more than welcome to borrow the layout, though I suspect doing so might be more than you bargained for.  I shiver to think of starting all over on it myself.

Hey Andrew, out of curiosity, what are your biggest changes? Maybe it makes sense to add them to the base album.pl... Save you a ton of time if the changes make sense for a "general" audience...

Maybe me and a couple of the graphics gurus like Allan could get together and make a few button packages for album.pl.  I don't know how you and everyone else feels about it.....I like buttons though.  They are useful to people who are not computer literate.

Some things that will need to be added if buttons are implemented is cell padding and changes in the CSS, however.

I like it, I think buttons (or the option to use buttons) is a nice feature. I'll tack that on the V6 beta list, just for fun.
