Does anyone know how to?

What I need is a way to only show pictures with a 1 rating on one page, pictures with a 2 rating on another page, 3 ratings on another page, etc.. Does anyone have any idea how that could be done?

Hmmm, I can't think of a way to do that off hand. You could change the sort order but that would involve making code changes... might not be that easy as you'd have to know all the ratings when you sort. I don't think it's easily possible unfortunately.
