I uploaded an MP4 video to an album, but it is not working, I do have a test version on my site loaded with an FTP program that works fine.

Looks like you changed it to a .mov file, and it's working now... Maybe .mp4 wasn't in the movieexts config item?

If it wasn't in the config, how would I have uploaded it? Or are there two places that it needs to be set?

No, just one, but I thought maybe you just dropped the file in place (FTP or something similar). Are mp4 files not showing at all, or do they show but not work when you click on them?
