Tips n Techniques

Mike,

How about adding another forum called "Tips n Techniques". This would be a great place for your power users to comment on the features of album.pl, and great ways to use it. It could also be a place for users to comment on style sheet and template customizations.

Whadaya think?

For example,

So, lesson learned on album.pl:

To substitue an album picture, unique for each album, just upload a 100X75 pic named "thmb_<the name of the directory>.jpg into the parent directory. Easy as pie!

This could also go under tips n techniques (posted by jsaund22):

I figured out something.  I modified the album template by placing ####URL#### under the <p class="album">####OBJECT####</p> statement.  This puts the URL to the image under the image when it is viewed.

'Tis done! Thanks for the idea, I can see some value there for people wondering how to take album.pl "to the next level." :)

Cheers
