Please put install notes in the DL

I copied the installation instructions "Installing album.pl" from the FAQ section of this board: would be great if this could be prominently part of the download as a txt file eg INSTALL.txt

I also copied the permissions list from the FAQ section and one by one lifted the data out of the table to make a plain list I could add notes to. Again this would be very useful to add as a 2nd section to an INSTALL.txt

It looks like it'll be great when I can get it working.

Thanks for the info, I'll see if I can put together an INSTALL.txt file for the next release.
