Error Qutoa Exceeded

Is there any way to have the app popup a window or button telling the user they have exceed their allocation rather than just redisplayed the upload page with the error at the bottom ?

Yes! I changed it to work that way in 6.0, so if you upgrade to the beta, it should solve your problem.
