Topic: Unsing reandom=1;ssi=1 to return image

I hope I'm asking a newbee question.  I want to use the random=1;ssi=1 to return the random pictures thumbnail to a webpage but can't figure out how it's supposed to work.  I tried the following html without luck

[img width= height=]http://68.40.42.116/home/cgi-bin/album.pl?random=1;ssi=1[/img]

What is the correct html syntax to get the image to to be included into another page.
