How to backup album?

Hi!

I don't know the problem... It seems that I can't backup my album...via FTP (download) to my PC... I don't have access to the album directories of my members, and I can't even use chmod....

All the files created by the web server (uploaded files, configs, views, etc) will be owned by the web server. You *should* still have read access to those files, depending on how your ISP has their umask set.

If you don't, you'll probably have to get your ISP to back up that data for you... :(
